Web Orders & Order Acceptance

Your submitted order is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item or make it available for pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time, including orders affected by pricing or typographical errors, stock limitations, suspected fraud, or resale activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged to the original form of payment.

Pricing, Billing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling, which are calculated at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total order amount, including tax and shipping. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

All processing, ship, and delivery dates shown on this site or in your order communications are estimates only and are not guarantees. Transit times depend on the carrier and are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier backorders, or other events beyond our reasonable control, and a delay is not grounds for cancellation once an order has shipped. Unless stated otherwise, risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Returns & Warranties

Our 60-day return window, exchange process, and product and labor warranty coverage are described in full on our Terms & Policies page, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Installation & In-Home Services

In-home installation, system upgrades, and repair work are quoted separately and are governed by the written estimate, proposal, or service agreement signed by the customer. Pricing, scope, timelines, and workmanship terms in that signed document control, and where it conflicts with these Terms of Use, the signed document governs the service work.

Information on this website — including product pages, service descriptions, and sample pricing — is provided for general reference and does not constitute a binding quote or a commitment to perform work. Service appointments are limited to our local service area and are subject to site conditions and access.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VacuuPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits the written product or labor warranties we provide.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
